Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all relations between us and you regarding the Service. Any separate rules published within the Service or individual agreements form part of these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must keep your registration information accurate and current, and are responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials. Accounts may not be lent or transferred to third parties.

3. AI-generated output

The Service generates text and other deliverables using large language models. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of such output. You must review output before relying on it, and remain responsible for final decisions.

In regulated areas such as advertising, healthcare, finance and legal matters, you are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties
• Interfering with operation of the Service, or unauthorised access
• Reverse engineering the Service or using it to develop a competing service
• Automated high-volume access not approved in advance

5. Fees and payment

Fees are based on the plan and monthly token ceiling we specify. Handling of usage beyond the ceiling is communicated separately. Prices exclude tax unless stated otherwise.

6. Changes and suspension

We may modify the Service, and may temporarily suspend it for maintenance, incidents or outages of external services. We will give advance notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimer

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. Where we are liable, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

8. Data handling

You retain rights to the data you enter into the Service. We handle it as set out in our Privacy Policy and do not use it to train AI models.

9. Termination

You may terminate at any time. Retention and deletion of data after termination follow our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office.
